A nurse case manager is a registered nurse skilled in navigating the healthcare system and community resources vital to meeting their patient’s needs and enabling them to remain in their homes. I specialize in helping families with a disabled or elderly loved one navigate the health system in Colorado Springs during transition whether it be a move or a new diagnosis. I understand how overwhelming coordinating multiple facets of care can be, and am here to help!

Being a caregiver can be exhausting, and lead to stress that impacts the well-being of your loved one and ultimately your health. I am experienced with tracheostomies, ventilators, enteral feeds, central lines, colostomies, and catheters. No matter if your loved one just needs skilled supervision due to behavioral concerns or is bed-bound on a ventilator, I can help relieve you for a few hours to get away and trust your loved one is in good hands.
